We have been purchasing bulls from Godfrey and Irene Darling Tandara
Angus stud since 2016. During that time we have been exceptionally
pleased with the temperament, fertility, soundness and the low birth
weight calves they have consistently produced, and return year after
year to purchase bulls. We have considered purchasing elsewhere but
when considering genetics, temperament and value for money we
consistently return to Tandara. Our weaners are keenly sought after
locally due to structure, temperament and growth rates. When we had
the opportunity to expand operations in 2024 we had no hesitation in
purchasing another 4 bulls to complement our herd of Angus.
Temperament is extremely important to our small intensive family owned
operation and all bulls purchased have been of impeccable
temperament both in the paddock and the yards which we consider
essential. Bulls purchased for heifers have also been exceptional in
producing low birth weight calves year after year. It has been a pleasure
purchasing bulls from Tandara and we will continue to do so into the
future.
